Internal Audit Executive

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting physical audits of inventory across our warehouses and stores. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing various auditing tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of inventory in warehouses and stores.
• Perform inventory scanning and analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive physical audit reports, including variance analysis reports.
• Extract relevant reports from the system for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely audits.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to the management team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
• Flexible in timings and travelling.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
